Sure, a week-long yoga retreat is what you really want. But if you think you won’t get a lot out of a one-day getaway, think again. What if you could get away for just a day and spend it in our beautiful, hidden oasis in Dubai, practicing yoga, meditation and being in silence?
What will we practice? What is the time-table?
9:00am-9:30am: Gentle pranayama and centering
9:45am-11:15am: 90 min Asana practice
11:30am-12:00: Introduction to Pratyahara, and short guided meditation and intention to maintain silence
12:15am-1:15: Lunch ( plant based vegan food from the cafe)
1:30-2:00: Yoga Nidra
2:15-3:00: Personal quiet time. You can read a book, nap, sip tea. No looking at the phone, no talking to a friend, you can always talk to yourself…you might be surprised at how much of this you do!
3:00-3:30: Guided meditation practice
3;40-4:00: Guided loving kindness meditation
4:00-4:30: Q&A and some sharing over tea or coffee
We have 2 options for you. In case your weekends are busy and you would like to spend it with your family. Or alternately you work and the only day you can get away is a Friday.

About Aparajita Ghose
Aparajita has been teaching yoga since 2008. Over the years she has practiced. She is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher. Her classes are fun and approachable, with attention to alignment, breath and maintaining mindfulness through the practice. In addition to yoga she has been practicing meditation for over 25 years. She has conducted retreats in Bali and India and loves to hold space for her students to tune into their inner wisdom, but also develop a sense of community with fellow practitioners.
