Joyful and juicy journey within, through Shamanic sounds, dance and chants

elizabeth 2.jpg

Humans through all cultures and ages cured, evolved and merged into togetherness while dancing and singing. Rarely any other healing was needed. We all miss that in our core and science is rushing to prove the incredible effects on our bodies and mind when we sing in a choir or dance with a group.
Our elders knew that music, dance or whatever else a person does are not entertainment, they are also a spiritual process. If one listens to music or dances with full involvement, it is not just about the pleasantness of the body or emotion that one goes through it is a method to move out of compulsive cycles of life. It is a method to transcend those cycles to achieve freedom and liberation.

With guided movements we will learn how to arrive into our bodies, how to ground and come at ease. Our voices will be warmed up also with some chants. Once voice and body are relaxed a good hour of Shamanic Trance dance will follow. Gong bath will close the session.

About Elizabeth
Elizabeth's journey with yoga and sound started 15 years ago when her neglected and overworked body started rebelling. Change or stay in the endless cycle of the modern (un)-health care, were her choices. Daily practice of Hatha Yoga at home made a U turn in her life. Severe problems with her thyroid, digestion, kidneys, knees and early menopause were one by one cured, proving the magical ability of the body to heal itself if is maintained and cared for. While she moved from one country to another, she learned more about the yoga and the sound. She studied Tomatis sound therapy, Dr. Tomatis being the pioneer on proving and applying the sound as the ultimate energy form, crucial in fetus/human development and healing.

Elizabeth is certified in Tomatis ASP therapy, German New Medicine by Dr. Hammer, Ritual Trance Dance, Kundalini Yoga and Gong playing. She can communicate in Hungarian, Romanian, Arabic, English, French and she understand a bit of Czech and Turkish.
