The sounds of your mother s voice shaped your nervous system and brain while you were in her womb. Inner and outer sounds continue to shape you in so many ways, weather you are aware of it or not. Sounds arranged in certain patterns have a certain impact, which Yogis experimented with and called them Mantras. With a mantra the technical correctness is more important than the aesthetic enjoyment. Mantras neither belong to any religion or sect, nor are they a form of worship. They are just key sounds that can open up every realm in the Universe. So, the mantra is not something that you say, it something that you are striving to become. If you become the key, it will open up a different dimension of life and experience within you.
Will be 2.5 hours of joyful interaction with our voices, our personal memories and experience with the sound, after chanting some sacred Mantras, enjoy a Gong and sound bath, followed by jamming together with all the available instruments.

Elizabeth's journey with yoga and sound started 15 years ago when her neglected and overworked body started rebelling. Change or stay in the endless cycle of the modern (un)-health care, were her choices. Daily practice of Hatha Yoga at home made a U turn in her life. Severe problems with her thyroid, digestion, kidneys, knees and early menopause were one by one cured, proving the magical ability of the body to heal itself if is maintained and cared for. While she moved from one country to another, she learned more about the yoga and the sound. She studied Tomatis sound therapy, Dr. Tomatis being the pioneer on proving and applying the sound as the ultimate energy form, crucial in fetus/human development and healing. Elizabeth is certified in Tomatis ASP therapy, German New Medicine by Dr. Hammer, Ritual Trance Dance, Kundalini Yoga and Gong playing. She can communicate in Hungarian, Romanian, Arabic, English, French and she understand a bit of Czech and Turkish.
