Empty your Cup - Teachings on Let Go

amandeep_flyer01.jpg

A professor went to visit a Zen master. While the master quietly served tea, the professor talked about Zen. The master poured the visitor's cup to the brim, and then kept pouring. The professor watched the overflowing cup and said, "It's full! No more will go in!".

"This is you," the Zen master replied, "How can I show you Zen unless you first empty your cup.“

Just like the cup, our mind that overflows with thoughts is not Open. When your mind is open, all kinds of new possibilities emerge. One powerful way to “empty your cup” is to practice approaching things with a “beginner’s mind.” A beginner’s mind is the only first step to new ways of thinking.

Transcend the conditioned mind and learn the secrets to access the Universal Mind through Kundalini Yoga and Zen Meditations. Don’t think too much just empty your cup and come.
