The detox diet normally are base on juice to make a cleanse, we make a clean, healthy diet that can help you, normally before a detox is highly recommend to avoid:

  • Animal products (red meat, fish, chicken, eggs)
  • Processed sugar, high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners
  • Processed foods (such as pasta, bread, soy products, pre-packaged salads, soups and dressing),
  • Coffee and black tea (suggestion: switch to caffeinated green tea at least a week before juice detox and stop drinking caffeinated green tea all together at least two days before juice detox),
  • Alcohol and soda
  • Dairy and eggs
  • Refined flour
  • Raw fish
  • Fried foods
  • Over salting your food (no table salt)
  • Overeating
  • Eating before bed


  • Start the day with a coconut oil pulling
  • Drink one cup of warm water with lemon on empty stomach  
  • Drink enough water during the day
  • At night drink a detox tea to help the process and the digestion
