Our Health: Who’s responsible?

april24-shah-our-health.jpg

Our body speaks to us all the time and tells us what it needs. We often forget to listen and instead rely on the advice of doctors. Healing is largely in our own hands. Taking responsibility for one’s health is empowering and supports personal evolution.

Urth (voted ‘best vegan restaurant in Dubai’: Zomato 2018) in collaboration with Dubai’s latest wellness concept center Life'n One is pleased to invite you to a talk on ‘Our health: who’s responsible?’ by renowned wellness and nutrition expert Dr Nandita Shah, founder of SHARAN. The one-hour talk will be followed by a 30-minute interactive session with the audience. This talk will help you understand the meaning of symptoms, and actively participating in your own healing process. The emphasis will be on dietary solutions since these are the easiest changes to implement on the individual level, and yet have far reaching consequences. Dr Nandita will also offer insights on maintaining a healthy dietary balance during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

SHARAN is at the forefront of lifestyle disease prevention and reversal in India. SHARAN conducts talks, seminars, workshops cooking classes and retreats about disease reversal and health without medicines. For more information, please visit: www.sharan-india.org
