This is a mind/body/spirit talk for men and women who have survived cancer. The intention of this event is to invite you to actively explore and transform the relationship with yourself, your food and what your body is telling you.

Participants will learn powerful ways to manage issues associated with the aftermath of cancer and move into a state of empowerment. You will learn how to transform fear based beliefs and patterns into intentions for living in joy and harmony. Reconnection with your body and your ancestors with supportive guidance enhance the experience for healing beyond cancer and living more fully.

Over the past 25 years I have been working in the field of holistic health and personal development. I have a background and is certified in Cranio Sacral Therapist, ICF and ILM Life Coach, Naturopathy, 3in1 Kinesiology, Family Constellation, Personality Consultant and Yoga. I have working and living experience in varies countries in Africa, the Middle East and Europe and I am currently based in Dubai.
My main work has shifted to Holistic Coaching where I incorporate my prior knowledge and modalities with the intention of creating a sustainable life, to support you to take control and responsibility of your choices and ultimately to empower you to find the greatest way forward in all aspect of your life. I support you to move from fear to awareness creating the desired changes you wish in your life. I have established the 5 levels of positive change based on Dr. Klinghardts teachings, where we look at and balance your physical Body, Mental Body, Emotional Body and Intuitive Body for you to live a more conscious and mindful life in your Spiritual Body.
Incorporating the Family Constellation my approach empowers and touches your life to the very core, unlocks limiting beliefs, helps you resolve and let go of your emotional baggage from the past by healing certain relationships with your family and replace these with an in-depth understanding of who you are.
